Using the R5000-HD with MythTV

The R5000-HD can now be used with MythTV using the third-party solution found here:

It is not supported by Nextcom, LLC so please do not direct any support questions to us regarding this solution since we will not be able to help you. If you purchase a modification for use with Linux, your hardware will still be covered by our standard warrantee and we will work with you to support any hardware related problems.

Note: MPEG-4 (H.264) playback may require the CoreAVC solution
