After placing your order please carefully pack your STB and send it to us. Once we receive your STB, we will perform the modification and ship it back out to you in no more than 5 working days from the time we receive it.

Before ordering: Please make sure your receiver is one of those listed as compatible with the R5000-HD modification, or e-mail us with any questions.

What to send us: Your STB. Include the access card and make sure it is capable of receiving something. (for Echostar & Bell subscribers this does not necessarily require an activation, but make sure the receiver has the right access card and you can tune in a demo or schedule channel). Do not send remotes, cables or any other accessories.
